of Participation in the Airportag Luggage Tag Giveaway

(hereinafter referred to as “Airportag”)

1. General

Thank you for participating in the Airportag Luggage Tag Giveaway (“Giveaway”).

The Giveaway begins on August 28, 2026 at 12:00 AM ET and ends on September 04, 2026 at 11:59 PM ET (“Giveaway Period”).

To participate, entrants must complete the entry requirements stated in the official Giveaway post published on Airportag’s Instagram account, @airportag.

Unless otherwise stated in the Giveaway post, participants must:

Follow @airportag on Instagram;
Like the official Giveaway post; and
Leave a comment on the official Giveaway post according to the instructions provided.

One eligible winner will be randomly selected from all qualifying entries received during the Giveaway Period.

Prize

The winner will receive:

1 (one) Airportag Packing Bag

Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): US$30.

The winner will be contacted by direct message from Airportag’s official Instagram account after the Giveaway closes.

2. Eligibility and Participation

a. The Giveaway is open to individuals aged 18 years or older who are legal residents of countries and territories to which Airportag currently offers shipping, except where participation is prohibited or restricted by applicable law.

b. Employees, contractors, representatives, and immediate family members of Airportag and its affiliated companies are not eligible to participate.

c. No purchase is necessary to enter or win. A purchase will not increase the chances of winning.

d. Participation is free of charge. Participants are responsible for any Internet, mobile, or other costs associated with entering.

e. Entrants are responsible for ensuring that the information provided in connection with the Giveaway is accurate.

f. By participating, entrants agree to these Terms & Conditions and to Instagram’s applicable terms and policies.

g. Entries submitted outside the Giveaway Period, incomplete entries, automated entries, fraudulent entries, or entries that do not comply with the requirements stated in the Giveaway post may be disqualified.

h. Airportag reserves the right to exclude any entrant who attempts to manipulate or interfere with the Giveaway, including through fraudulent accounts, automated systems, or other improper methods.

3. Winner Selection and Prize

a. One winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the Giveaway Period.

b. The winner will be contacted through Instagram Direct Message from Airportag’s official @airportag account.

c. The winner must respond within 7 days of receiving the notification. If the winner does not respond within that period, is determined to be ineligible, or cannot accept the prize, Airportag reserves the right to select an alternate winner.

d. The winner may be required to provide their full name, email address, and shipping address solely for purposes of fulfilling the prize.

e. The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash, store credit, gift cards, or another product unless otherwise determined by Airportag.

f. In the unlikely event that the stated prize becomes unavailable, Airportag reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value.

g. Airportag is not responsible for prizes that cannot be delivered because of incorrect, incomplete, or outdated information supplied by the winner.

4. Shipping and Delivery

Airportag will cover standard shipping of the prize to an eligible address within the territories included in the Giveaway.

The winner is responsible for providing accurate and complete delivery information.

Airportag is not responsible for delays, loss, theft, unsuccessful delivery attempts, customs delays, or other circumstances occurring after the prize has been transferred to the applicable shipping provider, except where otherwise required by law.

Any applicable import duties, taxes, customs charges, or similar government-imposed fees are the responsibility of the winner.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Airportag is not responsible for technical failures, interrupted Internet connections, Instagram outages, lost or delayed entries, data transmission errors, unauthorized human intervention, or other technical circumstances that may interfere with participation in or administration of the Giveaway.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by applicable law.

6. Modification, Suspension, or Cancellation

Airportag reserves the right to modify, suspend, extend, or cancel the Giveaway if circumstances beyond its reasonable control prevent the Giveaway from being conducted fairly or as intended, including technical failures, fraud, manipulation, platform outages, or legal or regulatory requirements.

If the Giveaway is cancelled or modified, Airportag may select a winner from eligible entries received before the modification or cancellation where appropriate.

7. Privacy

Personal information collected from the winner, including name, email address, and shipping address, will be used as necessary to administer the Giveaway and deliver the prize.

Information collected for prize fulfillment will not be sold to third parties.

Airportag may share the information with service providers where reasonably necessary to fulfill and ship the prize.

Personal information will otherwise be handled in accordance with Airportag’s applicable Privacy Policy.

8. Instagram Disclaimer

This Giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram or Meta.

By participating, entrants acknowledge that Instagram and Meta are not responsible for the administration of the Giveaway or fulfillment of the prize.

Participants release Instagram and Meta from claims arising directly from the administration of this Giveaway to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Any questions, comments, or complaints regarding the Giveaway should be directed to Airportag and not to Instagram or Meta.

9. Miscellaneous

a. Airportag’s decisions regarding eligibility, winner selection, and administration of the Giveaway are final, subject to applicable law.

b. If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is determined to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect.

c. The Giveaway is void where prohibited or restricted by law.

d. Airportag reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions where reasonably necessary to ensure the proper administration of the Giveaway, provided that any amendment will not unfairly disadvantage participants who have already entered.
