FAQ
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. You can cancel or skip your membership at any time.
Will I know what’s coming before it ships?
Not necessarily. Part of the Airportag Club experience is discovering each month’s selection when it arrives.
Can I choose a different color or design?
No. Each month’s T-shirt and Club Box contents are pre-selected as part of the surprise. We can't exchange items for a different color or design.
What extra product comes in the Club Box?
The additional product changes every month. It may be a travel accessory, collectible, luggage tag, pouch, or another Airportag item.
How is the monthly T-shirt selected?
Our team selects a different Airportag T-shirt each month. Some months may feature exclusive or limited designs available only to club members.
When am I charged?
Airportag Club memberships are billed on the 1st of every month.
What happens if I join near the end of the month?
If you join near the end of the month, your first renewal may occur shortly after your initial purchase, as your membership moves to the regular billing schedule on the 1st.
When will my first order ship?
Your first Airportag Club order will typically ship within 7 days of the date you subscribe.
When will future monthly orders ship?
After your first order, recurring Club orders are billed on the 1st of each month and typically ship during the first week of the month.
